Employee record
We celebrated a new employee record in a wonderful and relaxed atmosphere. It is great to see how our team is constantly growing and developing. This record not only shows the trust that customers and partners have in dydocon, but also illustrates the continuous growth of the company. The expansion of the team enables us to further extend the range of services and offer customers an even more comprehensive service.
IBM Output Management Factory
In addition to celebrating the record number of employees, there was another exciting item on the agenda – the presentation of the current development status of the “IBM Output Management Factory“. This modern and comprehensive output management solution in the cloud offers customers an efficient, secure and flexible output management solution. The numerous advantages of the software include format independence, high flexibility and stability in the processing procedure thanks to parallelization and extensive configuration options for cloud-based multi-channel output management. The joint development of this solution by IBM, kühn & weyh and dydocon shows how close cooperation and partnership can result in innovative products.
Own software products
We also used the dydocon Christmas party 2022 to focus on our own software products. We are constantly working on new software solutions and currently have up to 6 different products in the development pipeline. This is another sign of our ongoing commitment to always offer our customers the latest and most effective solutions. All attendees at the Christmas party were impressed by the upcoming products and are excited about the new opportunities they will bring.
Super team spirit
But it wasn’t just business that was celebrated – the real highlight of the evening was the incredible team spirit that we all felt! In a relaxed atmosphere, we discussed our successes and common goals, welcomed our new colleagues and enjoyed the past year to the full.
Our Christmas party reminded us that dydocon is not just a company, but a vibrant and supportive community where we all grow together. The year 2022 was a great success and we are looking forward to all the great things the coming year has in store for us!
