The dydocon Christmas Party 2023 took place in picturesque Nuremberg on December 1 and 2, 2023.

The celebrations began with a warm welcome for our new colleagues. It was an emotional moment full of anticipation, as each new employee brings fresh ideas and new perspectives to our team. This expansion of our team is not only a sign of growth, but also a testament to the continued success and trust in our company.
Recognition to whom it is due
A special moment was the announcement of the Principal and Senior Consultant appointments. These recognitions are a reflection of the hard work, dedication and passion that each individual brings to their work. It was a moment where successes were not only celebrated but also shared, in an atmosphere that was both festive and relaxed.
Celebrating a record year
Together, we celebrated our new employee and sales record – a clear sign that we can exceed our ambitious targets. These great results are the result of our team spirit and innovative strength.
Focus on innovation
The presentation of the current development status of our products dydoconnect, dydocontrol, dydoconjure and dydocontrast was the focus of intensive discussions. Our products complement our partners’ solutions and create real added value for our customers.
Strong partnerships
The IBM Output Management Factory, a result of our successful collaboration with IBM and kühn & weyh, was also presented and discussed. This offers “Output Management as a Service” on a modern, modular and scalable cloud infrastructure. The presentation underlined the importance of working with strong partners and a shared vision.
Celebrate together
Not forgetting the celebrations with our partners. Our successes and the great team spirit were celebrated in an exuberant atmosphere. These moments of laughing, celebrating and sharing stories together are what strengthen us as a team and remind us that behind every success are people who work with passion and dedication.
