dydocon visits Papyrus

Another reason for the visit was the participation of dydocon consultants in the “Correspondence Workshop”, in which several dydocon employees took part as hybrid participants. Under the guidance of Horst Voglgruber, an experienced Papyrus specialist, the dydocon participants were able to gain important insights into the latest functions and possibilities of the Correspondence Framework. The opportunity to participate in the workshop as a hybrid proved to be particularly beneficial for those who were unable to attend in person.

The coffee breaks provided additional opportunities for enriching conversations between Papyrus and dydocon employees. These moments of informal exchange made it possible to shed light on challenges and experiences that arise in daily customer contact from the manufacturer’s perspective. These discussions contributed significantly to deepening the understanding of the respective working methods and recognizing synergies.
